I was recently accepted into a volunteer program at GVI (Global Visions International). I would be doing their Nepal Adventure Program, which consists of two parts: Part 1 would be trekking to the base camp of Mt. Everest (yes, THE Mt. Everest) for two weeks and Part 2 would be four weeks in Pokhara working with children! I will be leaving mid-July and returning end of August.

Included in the $3,018.00:
-lodging in Kathmandu and orientation for the first night
-room and board
-transportation while I'm in India (bus, flights, and whitewater rafting)
-trekking adventure

I would need to pay for my flight tickets to and from Kathmandu, passport, visa, and have some extra money while there.

Your donation would be greatly, GREATLY, appreciated! This is something I'm completed committed to. It's perfect timing, in the summer, so I won't have to quit any jobs and I'll be back in time for teaching. I'm young and able to travel, so please help me out if possible! And I mean, MOUNT EVEREST. I could be there, adventuring and helping those in need.
