Help Bring William Cusano back to New York

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to get assistance for my uncle William Cusano. He was admitted into the hospital in Orlando, Fl 3 weeks ago. He has brain swelling and liver failure. He is currently on a feeding tube and is unresponsive.
His family and I would like him to be transported back to New York so we can be close to him during this difficult time. There are only a few options to get him back to New York since he needs to be under constant medical supervision while being transported.
The most cost-efficient way to transport him is by an R.V. with a registered nurse on board to watch over him during the trip. The cost is around $6,500. We are doing all we can to get him back here as soon as possible, but would appreciate any help!
