Over the last 4 years, 196below has continued to evolve and grow, constantly pushing bounderies and giving you something thats more than just ice cream.

After planning for more than 12 months and searching the globe for an American Style food truck our dream of Australia's first Nitro Ice Cream food truck is almost here.

As this is the first one of its kind, the logistics to make this happen gets more challenging everyday.
