A parent should never have to bury their child, but on February 28th, Maddy Mieschberger was taken from us at the age of only 19. Maddy was full of life and enriched the lives of everyone around her by making them laugh either by flashing her infectious smile, dancing or singing, or just by taking the time to have a conversation with you. Maddy was one of the rare people that was not liked, but rather loved by everyone she met. Sports were Maddy's life and if she could have lived on the field she would have. Maddy was more than just an athlete, she was the best friend you could ever ask for because she would be willing to give you the shirt off her back, talk to you for hours, and always gave 110%. Maddy was only 19 years old and had so much more life to live.
