On November 5, 2025, Tampa Bay is coming together around one powerful idea: no neighbor should go hungry.

Tampa's Lasagna Love team, in partnership with Mickey McKinnon of Keller Williams Portfolio Group, Debbie McGiffin of Palate Culinary Services, and the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Dunedin, is preparing 100 homemade lasagnas to deliver to veterans and families in need right here in our community.

This effort is coordinated by Rachael Page, a Tampa-based volunteer Leader who has already seen the need firsthand. Right now, over 160 families in the Tampa Bay area have reached out for help—over 330 adults and 230 children. Many are struggling with medical bills, job loss, or the rising cost of groceries.

One mom recently shared:

“We are really struggling right now. I am permanently disabled and my medication is so expensive. I have to manage between grocery costs and my medication. I have already had to take less of my medication every day and skip meals to make it work which is really dangerous, but I always make sure my two children eat their meals. This lasagna would be a real blessing to us to ensure we have a full meal and stretch our food for a few days.”

Our Goal: $3,000

Every lasagna costs about $28 to make—enough to feed up to 6 people and can stretch meals for days for some. Your gift will:

$28 – Provide one full lasagna to a family or veteran.

$56 – Feed two families.

$100 – Cover ingredients for nearly four lasagnas, serving 24 neighbors in need.

Together, we’ll deliver 100 lasagnas, impacting up to 600 adults and children in Tampa Bay.
