MY STORY:
I arrived into this world on the 1st June weighing 5lb 10oz, I knew I was going to be different when my Mummy & Daddy were told I have Edwards Sydrome (a life limiting condion)- http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/edwards-syndrome/Pages/Introduction.aspx
I stayed in hospital for my first week where they found my condition, but allowed Mummy & Daddy to bring me home so I could see my brand new room and meet all my family. Within the first month I was able to go to the beach and my toes even touched the sand. All my grandparents made Christmas and my first birthday happen in June!
OUR STORY:
Throughout all these happy memories that have been created there has also been heart ache and sadness; knowing that our precious granddaughter won’t be here for long we want to make sure that her parents are able to do everything and more with her- without any worry.
This money will be going towards SoftUK, Helen & Douglas house, towards their trips to and from the hospital, days out they may want to go on, etc.
