Double Lung Transplant for Jerry

Donation protected
Jerry Greenhoe has been battling a chronic lung disease, called Bronchiectasis, over the last 10 years. Bronchiectasis is not curable, it causes progressive loss of lung function and reduces life expectancy. In September 2017 Jerry was on life support for 10 days due to respiratory failure,  but thankfully he pulled through.

Due to the severity of Jerry’s Bronchiectasis, he has been approved for a double lung transplant. Before the lung transplant can take place, Jerry must have $10,000 to cover the cost of the post-transplant medications needed for one year following the transplant.

Jerry is an outdoor enthusiast, an avid fisherman, and hunter. He enjoys camping and canoeing but most of all he loves spending time with his grandchildren. Since Jerry’s Bronchiectasis has worsened, he is no longer able to do the things he loves. He is now occupied by multiple breathing treatments every day and is tied to his oxygen tubing. If Jerry receives his lung transplant he will be able to live life again, enjoy his hobbies, and be part of his grandchildren’s lives.

We are asking for any assistance that you may be able to provide.

On March 17th, 2018 a benefit will be held for Jerry. This benefit will also help support Jerry through this difficult time. Click here for more information about Jerry's benefit dinner
