Debbie's Fight against Cancer

After being diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2014, Debbie fought the disgusting disease through Chemotherapy, surgery and meds to make your eyes water. But to see her improve, go through reconstruction and get back to fighting fit was amazing and could only get better.
On the 22nd October Debbie got rushed in to hospital with what was thought to be a stroke, followed by another the following day, only to find out this was a seizure caused by secondary cancer in the brain.......her fight was only just beginning!
Devastating does not even cover how you feel when your world falls down around you hearing that the big C is going to take your mum away from you and there's nothing you can do!
How can such a horrid disease take such an amazing person that would do anything for everyone else before herself. To see her take it in her stride and still worry about the rest of us when having this news is outstanding.
There are so many things for her still to do, see and experience, and I want her by my side on my wedding day.
So I am here to ask for your support to help her fight and get as much time as possible to enjoy time with family/friends/loved ones and keep cancer away for as long as possible.
There are treatments and drugs that the NHS will not offer due to cost and we want to ensure every option and every door is open to Debbie.
Treatment is the first step to starting her fight, of which we will look to follow up with a drug called Lapatini B, which is meant to help stop the cancer cells from growing.
This is just the start of this fight and every day new treatments and medications are being discovered thanks to the amazing work of cancer research. So please help Debbie fight and keep the rest of her life as she deserves.
