Battle of The Big Mouths
Monday, April 4th, Gulfstream Park Track Announcer Pete Aiello will race Pompano Park Track Announcer Gabe Prewitt in a 5/8 mile harness race entitled the "Battle of the Big Mouths". Aside from lifetime bragging rights, the event is a showcase for the wonder and athleticism of the racehorse and the wonderful work done by Thoroughbred (and Standardbred) Aftercare groups who work tirelessly to highlight the exceptional skill sets of the racehorse and the many jobs they can excel at after their racing career is over.

In Memory of Ashton Moynihan
The Thoroughbred aftercare community lost one of its biggest champions Friday, January 24, 2020, with the passing of Ashton Moynihan. As her friends, we would like to honor her memory by raising money for the organization about which she was most passionate, the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance.

For many years, Ashton was the funding director of the TAA, tirelessly raising money for the organization which accredits, inspects, and awards grants to approved aftercare organizations to retrain, retire, and rehome Thoroughbreds using industry-wide funding.

Let's help Ashton do the job she loved, one last time, in her memory.

Funded initially by seed money from Breeders' Cup Ltd., The Jockey Club, and Keeneland Association, Inc., the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is supported by owners, trainers, breeders, racetracks, aftercare professionals and other industry groups.
