I want to support the climbing sherpa in Nepal because their courage and hard work make so many of our adventures possible. These high-altitude workers face enormous risks to support their families and communities. When tragedy strikes, the consequences ripple through entire villages. The Juniper Fund exists to support and empower families and communities impacted by the loss of Himalayan high-altitude workers. Mount Everest stands at 29,032 feet. Sherpas and mountain workers risk their lives every climbing season to guide expeditions, carry loads, and make the mountains safer for others. When injury, death, or hardship strikes, their families often face uncertain futures.
