Keep PetPals Afloat to Help Children in Need
Children, adolescents, and even school staff have returned to the classroom displaying Covid-related stress and anxiety. The demand for Pet Therapy in schools is increasing from principals, school counselors, and social workers. We need your help to keep up with this demand.
PetPalsNC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides therapy dog teams FREE to K-12 public schools to enable the power of the human-animal connection to work to help the kids who need it most.
For 14 years, PetPalsNC has remained an all-volunteer organization, relying entirely on donations to work with thousands of kids. Due to the pandemic, demands for therapy teams has increased tremendously, and we need your help to recruit more therapy dog teams...to place them in more schools...to help more students... AND to keep this service free.
Thank you in advance for your much needed and tax-deductible donation. Our school children need all of us now more than ever before!
Please watch our video to learn about the challenges school children are facing, see how the organization is making an impact, and hear the touching story of PetPals' genesis . . . and legacy. For more info, visit the PetPals website. (And if you have a pet that you'd like to share with others, please consider becoming a Pet Therapy Team with your pet.)
