Join Our Exercise Challenge for World Mental Health Day!

Support My Sister's Place and Get Moving with Us!

We're excited to invite you to participate in our inter-office exercise challenge in honor of World Mental Health Day! This global event is designed to raise awareness about mental health and encourage teams to stay active.

Here's How It Works:

Sign Up & Get Active: Teams from different offices will compete to log the most exercise. Track your activities easily using the GoJoe app.

Raise Funds: Help us raise funds for My Sister's Place, a vital organization providing safe havens and support services for women in New York facing domestic violence. Every step you take contributes to a larger cause!

Foster Team Spirit: Join us in promoting physical health, supporting mental health, and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health—all while having fun!

Weekly Updates & Recognition: We'll share weekly progress updates, and top performers will be recognized for their efforts.

Hi friends! Please join us, Jillian Byrne, Amelia Orth, and Elle Ruhanen, in raising funds to support My Sisters’ Place (MSP), a non-profit organization located in White Plains, New York, dedicated to aiding survivors of domestic abuse and human trafficking.

Your contributions will help MSP continue to offer crucial services such as emergency shelter, counseling, legal assistance, children’s programs, and outreach and training initiatives to support survivors in need.

This past year, we have worked with My Sisters’ Place through our roles as co-presidents of the Girls Leadership Club at the Bronxville School. We greatly believe in the values and mission of My Sisters’ Place and want to further our support for the organization with a fundraising campaign.

Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty has supported My Sisters' Place with it’s annual "A Taste of Rye" and we look forward to bringing this back in 2022. In lieu of this event for 2021 please help us support MSP with their virtual event being held on June 10, 2021.

Can you imagine being quarantined and in an abusive household, feeling isolated and struggling to connect to support?

My Sisters' Place has stood side by side with survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, facing many challenges along the way. The arrival of the pandemic created an additional array of vulnerabilities and required a response unlike any in our history. COVID required a stay-at-home mandate-to safeguard our communities and slow the spread of the virus. However, home is not always the safe place it should be and many of our clients, trapped with their abusers, were now required to navigate even more complex issues. Our safe haven shelter remained totally open, overseen by a heroic group of dedicated staff-never turning away a client in crisis and providing extra compassionate care during the lockdown months. At My Sisters' Place (MSP), our mission is to end domestic violence and human trafficking, working to create a world in which every individual can engage in relationships that embrace the principles of respect, equality and safety.
