Our world and our lives are in need of immediate Change. Climate Change is going to have an negative impact our world. Most Scientist say it is cause by Green House Gas Emissions from our day to day activities. Our Wild Life species and Plants are being effected by it and we are to.
That is not the only thing they are effected by. Also the chemicals we use like neonicotinoids which are killing our bees a most important specie that rely on for getting our food from. This has to change immediately.
That's why on Tuesday April 24th 2018 at 12pm me Ryan Wolfert and my co worker Sam Garvey will be Running 10km Around Edmonton Starting and Finishing at Rogers Place and Ice District Downtown Edmonton and going around the city to Raise Funds for the Wilderness Committee who will help fight to save the bees and protect the wildlife, Green Peace Canada and Cierra Club Canada Foundation who will help fight climate change and protect the environment by convincing Governments to invest in more green and reliable resources and the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation to help improve the lives of Hockey players and the game of hockey in Edmonton. All Funds raise in this campaign will go to all of the organizations we are running for and the cheque will be divided equally so each organization will get the same amount of funds. So each $4 raise will be $1 raise for each organization and every $1 raise for each organization will come a long way towards my overall goal of Raise $10000 which will be $2500 for each organization supported throughout the campaign which is very important to meet. Every little bit helps. The cheque presentation will take place the day of the run at 2:30pm. Any in person Cash and Cheque donations can be made up until the day of the run. This is Critical lets act now. We are all depending on it. Change the way we live!
