Historic Home Flood Fund

Less than a year ago, I became a homeowner of a beautiful, old Victorian built in 1870. A dream come true but recently a nightmare. This was a milestone in my life... and yet now something I'm asking anyone that can, to please help save it from repeated flooding and water damage. Unaware this was a past issue, I'm faced with devastating restoration costs in order to maintain the preservation and integrity of my home's internal and external structure.
This past week, we received significant amounts of rainfall and the NWS issued flash flooding in this area. Because of untreated damage over the years before I lived here, rainfall continues to pour down/through parts of the roof and pipes as ground water surges in, flooding the inside of my home with 18-24 inches of water. Winter temperatures are still in the mid-20's and the water damaged the furnace, leaving me and my beloved pets without heat for several days now.
I work from home and the combination of flooding and cold temperatures has made living conditions impossible. It flooded Thursday and after working tirelessly with professional drain crews, it flooded again on Saturday. To make things worse, home insurance doesn't cover the costs. We are taking every precaution that we can physically do on our own and have been working around the clock but the result of the damage is far beyond our capabilities.
I'm devastated. Roofing costs alone estimated today at nearly $18,000
Damaged items in basement during flooding: brand new dishwasher still in box, canon EOS Rebel camera, my artwork, tools, box of childhood toys, Seagate backup drive, rugs, plants, laptop and many other precious valuables.
Any donation you can make is appreciated. If you are unable to donate, you can still help by sharing this story with your friends and family. Thank you so very much.
Second flooding:
All our efforts and application of foam sealants and hydraullic cement were ruined after second flooding.
Furnace and new dishwasher sitting in 24" of water
The original wood structure windows, gutters and siding are all rotten. Part of the roof must be replaced. Most of the side porch and external cement foundation and original wooden door leading to basement must be replaced.
My costs so far:
Professional Restoration to remove first round of floodwater: $2000-2500
Drain Surgeon initial visit to check sewer lines and other drain: $595
Hardware store costs for supplies, gutters, submersive pump: $515
Drain Surgeon Feb 26 installation of sump pump and/or pit: $3200
Roof repair: ??
Damaged items in flood: ??
Concrete repair:??
Hvac Furnace and hot water heater: Appointment Feb 27
