Student Art Project in Indonesia

Hello Family & Friends,
I have been invited by Rosana Azar, founder of Creative Adventures, the organization that I teach for, to participate in a volunteer community art project with the children at State Senior High School 9 Binus, in Manado, Indonesia from March 16-April 3, 2018.
We will be leading a collaborative art project with the school and the Regional English Language Office for Indonesia and East Timor of the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta.
The project will combine visual arts and literacy activities to increase students' oral and written English language skills. The students will produce colorful books for Kindergarten & Elementary school age children and a colorful mural for their school.
Rosana & I are committed to bringing art and creativity to a variety of communities. I hope that you will support me in my participation in this awesome volunteer project by making making a donation to offset travel and other expenses.
