HELP SAVE SOULS!

 Hello!  The New Beginning Resource Center opened in July of 2015 for newly released inmates and their family members to receive help, hope and a new life!  The ministry actually began in 2011 outside the Fresno County Jail.  The Center has allowed us to further the help of the individuals we meet. 
There are many components to the Center.  A newly released inmate can walk to the Center from jail (literally 1 minute away) and receive a hot meal, clothing, resources, transportation and on-going services to help them remain in a positive lifestyle. 
The services we offer are for family members as well.  We offer one on one spiritual guidance, weekly support & accountability groups, family mediations, court support, Bible studies and much more.
For the incarcerated individual we offer letter correspondance, Chaplain visits, and court support.  This allows us to gain a strong relationship with the individual before their release. 
Up until now our church and other donors have covered the Center costs.  However, unfortunately our church is no longer able to assist with the financial needs.  We need funds that will cover rent & other needs (electric, water, etc.) It cost $1500 a month to keep the Center open.  Our lease is up in July so we are asking for an amount that will provide for the remainder of the lease. 
We need the funds as soon as possible.
This ministry means everything to us because it's a passion and cry from our hearts to help those who are in darkness and feel there's no way out.  We (my husband and I) know this is a call from God and are so honored and blessed to watch Him transform people.  We are currently working with 19 inmates and when they get realeased it would be a shame if the Center was closed.  They look forward to starting their new life and becoming part of the ministry as well.   We have seen beautiful people that the world would throw away become productive, awesome individuals.
We collaborate with Fresno PD, Probation, Alternative Sentencing and numerous organizations to see that people get a second chance. 
Words could not even describe how much we would appreciate your help.  By you helping you could be saving someone's life, lowering crime & recedivisim rates and making Fresno a better place to live.  For us personally, it would be helping our vision & dream come true by allowing the Center to continue serving and meeting the needs of the broken & lost.
