Help Emily with College!

This past February I was accepted into my dream school, Laguna College of Art & Design. I have been wanting to go to the school since my freshman year of high school and I have been wanting to be an illustrator since I was in the 1st grade. It was a dream come true!

Throughout the whole summer I have tried to contact the Financial Aid Office multiple times.They gave confusing, vague, and sometimes no answers to all of my questions. Their site wasn't updated and it told me I had nothing to pay. I moved out here after saving all of my money from multiple jobs, freelance, and plasma donations.

The financial aid department has told me that I have until Monday, August 29th to pay $9000 upfront or a third of that ($3000) to the school or else i will be dropped and be evicted from the dorms. 

I worked so hard to get here and I just want to be able to move forward in my academic career. I am a good student and I work hard and i do not want to give up on my dream as an illustrator. 

I have no way of getting a job due to having no car, and I can't move back to Arizona due to finances. I have been trying to ger private loans but because it requires a cosigner I am not eligible. I have asked multiple people if theu could help, but all of them arent qualified. I don't know what else to do.

UPDATE 08/26/2016:
I spoke with the financial aid office and I was able to bring the cost of what I owe down to $4000! It required me dropping classes and a lot of other things but I'm glad it went down. However, I still don't have enough money for a third of that (around $1500) so I am looking into VA benefits as well as jobs nearby.
