Bariatric Surgery Care Package Fund
So, this was simply an idea that sprung into my head as I was thinking about a friend on Instagram on the day of his surgery. Some of us out there could use a little pick me up after our surgery. My partner and I, Sarah want to take this into full gear and show the love in the form of a FREE care package that will be filled with necessities of getting through week one (think of the little things like flavored water packets, gas-x strips, etc, etc). These are not grand boxes filled with food, etc.
This is NOT a subscription box. This will remain a COMPLETELY FREE service to those who are week one post-op or are struggling. We just want to send a little love out there to say "Hey, we're thinking of you, here's some surivial things for you out in the wild of how to navigate this thing called bariatric surgery that may be of need to you. <3"
I have been inspired by so many people on Instagram and other resources, as I'm sure you have. This is a way for US to give back just to simply give someone a smile. Simple as that.
