Pets Breeding Control (PBC) is a Dominican based mobile spay and neuter. We have been able to spay/neuter over 4,000 animals in 4 years.
Arroyo Frio is a very low income community situated in the mountainous region of the island. Most residents of this area have male dogs and must keep them tied-up year round due to females in heat. Female puppies are usually drowned in the river because no one will give them a home.
PBC is raising funds in order to spay/neuter 70 dogs in this small community. Saving the lives of so many puppies who die each year.
Necesitamos donaciones para una jornada de castracion y vacunacion de 70 animales en Arroyo Frio por la Fundacion Pets Breeding Control.
Son agricultores sin recursos ni acceso a veterinarios que amarran y trancan sus mascotas para evitar que salgan cuando estan en celo porque pisan los cultivos y los envenenan. Luego de castrados van a vivir sanos, libres y felices
