<div>Our Nelimark family was taken from us in a tragic murder-suicide, leaving behind their 18-year-old son, Anze, to navigate this world alone. This unimaginable loss has left our family without answers and facing the overwhelming burden of funeral expenses for three beloved members. David was the most incredible father, provider, and best friend to everyone. May was a devoted mother, everyone’s rock, and had the most generous heart. Asher had his whole life ahead of him, 13 going on 30. He was the best biker, fisherman, and easy-going child.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are reaching out for help to cover the funeral expenses for David, May, and Asher, and to support Anze as he faces daily living costs and works to secure his future. Funeral expenses are expected to exceed $100000, all remaining monies will be given to Anze's estate for his future needs. I am Anze's Aunt Ka and his personal representative. The pain of losing so much at once is indescribable, and we want to honor their memory by giving them the farewell they deserve while helping Anze find stability in the days ahead.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation, big or small, will help us take care of Anze Nelimark and lay his family to rest. You can help by donating, sharing, or sending messages of love and support. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us during this heartbreaking time.

Help family during tragic loss

<div>Hi my name is Diane. I want to raise funds to help David survive financially while he continues to battle Stage three rectum cancer and inoperable pelvic cancer! He has already spent his life savings as he is unable to work and he still has several months after surgery that he will need to rehab. The money will be spent paying his monthly expenses and some medical bills insurance didn’t cover

<div>Hi. My name is Jessica Davis. I'm here hoping to raise money for funeral expenses and any other expenses for the family of Shanaiya whom we lost Wednesday. Shanaiya was a freshman at Elba High school. She was 14. She was a quiet, kind, creative, patient, accepting, beautiful soul with the best smile. She loved drawing, sharing music with friends, the colors blue &amp; black, her little sister and parents and she loved hugs. She was a good student with good grades and a member of the Elba Tiger Marching Band, she played the trombone. The family is grieving an unbearable loss and should not be worried with the financial burden a funeral will be. Please let's come together as a community and lift this burden. If you're unable to donate please share. Also prayers for comfort and strength for the family and loved ones are always welcome and appreciated.

<div>Hello there! We are Bernice Ye and Cole Connor, a dynamic duo of talented artists ready to embark on an exciting musical journey. Allow us to share our inspiring story and our vision for a groundbreaking music video for our comedy rap sensation, "Asian Chicken Salad." <div><strong>Who We Are</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm Bernice Ye, a stand-up comedian, dancer, martial artist, and content creator hailing from China. Through years of hard work, I have built a dedicated fanbase who appreciate my comedy clips and live performances. Now, I face the challenge of keeping my fans engaged and eager to see me perform again. Inspired by the great Michael Jackson, I have always desired to incorporate other artistic elements into my stand-up, particularly by turning my comedy bits into rap songs that I can dance to. But it wasn't until I met Cole during my acting class that I found the perfect collaborator to bring this vision to life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cole Connor, an actor, rapper, and producer from South Carolina, joined forces with me, and together, we created something truly unique and captivating. Our song, "Asian Chicken Salad," is a hilarious and infectious blend of comedy and rap, showcasing my ability to rap in my second language while delivering uproarious punchlines. The response from our live performances has been overwhelming, as we witness the entire room come alive with laughter, shouting "chop chop chop" in unison. It's a one-of-a-kind experience that we are eager to share with the world.

Comedy meets Rap: Asian Chicken Salad Music Video

Miguel Angel Estrella <br /><br />September 30, 1999 - March 25, 2022 <br /><br />A young man of only 22, failed by the Pittsfield, Massachusetts system. Lost to another senseless and preventable death at the hands of those that are sworn to protect and serve us. <br /><br />Miguel Angel was a son, a brother and a friend, who was loved, and had a bright future ahead of him. A Volunteer at his local Habitat for Humanity, Miguel built homes to be part of the change he wanted to see in his community and had aspirations of becoming an electrician. <br /><br />Mental health crisis should not be a death sentence. Please consider donating. With your help, his family will secure a team and the right resources to fight for his justice.

JUSTICE FOR MIGUEL

Deprived for years of family and friends and the ability to establish oneself professionally, the nightmare does not end upon release. With no money, housing, transportation, health services or insurance, and a criminal record that is rarely cleared despite innocence, the punishment lingers long after innocence has been proven. This is a reality that current client Kevin Strickland could soon be facing.<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/57540893_1622751067507652_r.jpeg" alt="57540893_1622751067507652_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" /><br />For more than 41 years, Kevin Strickland has been incarcerated for a crime he did not commit!  The state of Missouri has robbed him of his youth, his health, and much of his life’s potential. He has largely lost the use of his legs and now uses a wheelchair. All for a crime he did not commit. All while the real perpetrators—to the extent they were prosecuted by the State—have long since been freed. All while there is overwhelming evidence of his innocence. <br /><br />On May 11, 2021, Mr. Strickland’s attorneys, led by the Midwest Innocence Project, filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus with the Supreme Court of Missouri to discharge Strickland from prison based upon illegal confinement and the record before the court.  Even the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney is requesting Mr. Strickland’s exoneration. <br /><br />As of this writing Missouri Governor Mike Parson has been made aware of Mr. Strickland’s case and the overwhelming evidence of his innocence.  At any time now Governor Parson could commute Mr. Strickland’s sentence or issue a pardon.  <br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/57540893_1622751128329237_r.jpeg" alt="57540893_1622751128329237_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" />L.R. Strickland (left) and Kevin Strickland (right)<br /><br />But what would Mr. Strickland be released from prison to face?  A world that he does not know much about.  Today he is 61 years old but he was a teenager when he went to prison.  His mother is gone as are many other family members.  He has no work history to speak of.  There is no Missouri statute to compensate a person wrongfully convicted of a crime and later found innocent, unless through DNA, and that is not the case here.  Mr. Strickland needs financial support to care for his basic needs upon his release from prison.  Mr. Strickland has suffered an unimaginable atrocity and no one helped him.  Today, he needs your help.<br /><br />We are confident that Mr. Strickland will be released by the end of this year.  We know he will face many hurdles adjusting to life outside of prison and we hope that we can rally together to help make a difference, to help him after the system failed him. <br /><br />Please donate today to help Mr. Strickland establish himself in a home and provide for his basic needs upon his release from prison.  <br /><br />For more information regarding the injustices that Mr. Strickland suffered, please read articles here:<br /><br /><a href="https://www.jacksoncountyprosecutor.com/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=1087" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.jacksoncountyprosecutor.com/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=1087</a><br /><br /><a href="https://www.kansascity.com/news/local/crime/article249595653.html" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.kansascity.com/news/local/crime/article249595653.html</a><br /><br /><a href="https://www.kansascity.com/news/politics-government/article251361643.html" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.kansascity.com/news/politics-government/article251361643.html</a>
