My grandpa’s life

We need your help. My grandpa is 82 years old, he is in a lot of pain, is having difficulty breathing. He has been using his oxygen tank for about 1 year. His lungs are slowly giving up. He broke his hip 5 days ago. Doctors let us know surgery is not an option right now due to his condition (enlarged heart and issues with his lungs )  but they gave us an option to put him in a private hospital to see if they can stabilize his breathing and if they are able to he will undergo a high risk surgery .  Please anythig will help for this. He does not like hospital but he has been in a lot of pain and he is willing to take the risk. Please anything helps.
