A Little More Help Needed

So long story short, I hit a couple of medical emergencies back to back. Thankfully it was short lived and I didn't need as much treatment as I previously thought I would need. 

However it did knock me out of work for a while, and on top of this we had a period of lacking work at my job thanks to a client backing out at the last second making my last paycheck pretty abysmal. 

I'm able to go back to work starting Friday, but the lack of income during that short period makes things difficult. A little bit would go a long way to making sure me and my sister can survive the rest of the month without too much struggle. Any help would be super appreciated! Thanks!
