Flagpole for Bayside Cemetery

I am trying to get funding to buy a  permenent flagpole to be installed at a historic cemetery that I volunteer in. I have been volunteering on my own and with my children at the cemetery for about 5 years. I have been involved in doing repair and restoration work. The cemetery has been badly damaged and desecrated over the past 60+years  The name of the Cemetery is Bayside  and its located in Ozone Park, Queens,New York I want to install the flag pole  in honor of the many soldiers who served and those who died in action that are intered there.  Bayside has a very large number of US military veterans from every conflict from the US Civil War (and probably even earlier) up to and including Vietnam. Among them are a recipent of the Navy Cross, a Distingushed Flying Cross and  quite a few Bronze Star awardes. 
Over the past 5 years I have been documenting their graves and making sure they are remembered. 
I would really like to pay tribute to all of them, known and unknown
The money would pay for the flag pole and the materials to install it.
