Hi family and friends,
On behalf of the Lopez-Garcia family we all would like to thank you all for your well wishes, prayers, condolences, and support.
On April 5,2016 our grandfather Luisito Lopez along with our Mom Rosalud Garcia and little brother Oscar Garcia were on their way to Eloy Detention Center in Eloy, Arizona to meet with Grandpa's new client. Mom was driving, grandpa was in the back seat behind passenger and Oscar was in the passenger seat. A pick up truck struck them on the drivers side which resulted in an unfortunate fatality.
Unfortunately, Grandpa was pronounced dead at the scene. Lolo was an extraordinary man and a strong believer of God.. God took my grandpa home early to continue his helping hand up in heaven. Luisito was an extraordinary Immigration Lawyer...if you knew him, he always put anyone and everyone before himself, especially his family. Lolo traveled around the world and has touched many lives with his helping hand and kind heart. He was survived by his amazing beautiful wife Delia Macapugay Lopez, four children: Sara Lopez, Rosalud Garcia, Paul Lopez, and Christina Gonzalez, 11 grandchildren: Andrew, Edward, Nerita, and Oscar Garcia, Francis Jimenez, Monica, Marcos, Luisito, Saul Gonzalez, Paul and Paolo Lopez, 2 great grandchildren: Adilene and Cassius Garcia.
Oscar and Mom were both airlifted to the trauma center in Maricopa Integrated Health System in Phoenix, Arizona. Mom suffered a left broken arm, right dislocated elbow, broken ribs, fractured pelvis and internal bleeding in her kidneys. She suffered a stroke while in surgery to repair both arms. As of right now, 4/06 she is in the ICU. Mom is not very responsive. As for Oscar, he is well, and out of the hospital. He is currently under our supervision now.
On behalf of our family, we kindly ask for any donations for funeral expenses and transportation of body to California for grandpa Louie , medical and rehabilitation expenses for mom.
Again, we thank each and every one of you for your kind words, prayers, well wishes, and condolences. We ask for constant prayer for our family and for mom Rosa during this difficult time.
