A Special Education Teacher & Motivational Speaker!
Hi, My name is Kamal Imani and for the last 9 years of my life I have taught so-called "At Risk" and "Emotionally Disturbed"Youth ages ranging from 8 to 21. Coming from a single family househould in Harlem, the Bronx and later Teaneck New Jersey, I witnessed tremendous financial struggle, emotional pain and friends and family dying or going to prison due to drug use or sales.
This is what made me transition from corporate finance, real estate and educational book publishing to teaching...so I could give back. I have released a new book entitled "I wasn't supposed to make it" I would like to travel to inner cities and charitbable organizations to speak with and encourage today's young people and help them to avoid the mistakes that I made in my life.
I receive many calls from organizations who invite me to speak with their youth, but many times they have a low budget or no budget.
With your assistance I will be able to travel and uplift todays youth who deserve ever increasing guidance.
I look forward to starting my new tour in September of 2017 as our young people will be back in school etc...
After working in many fields, I have come to the realization that this is my calling. Your donation would be greatly appreciated as it will help me to help our youth as part of my lifes work.
