LOLA. ASPEN FREYA
Nate and Sashas family size turned to 6 when they had 3 beautiful girls on Nov 26th at 34 weeks pregnant. The babies are still in the NICU, with mom in the hospital alone with them. They have an anticipated stay through December, if not longer, as they were premature and Aspen has a moderate kidney issue she is getting diagnosed further and Freya and Lola need more tests for mild kidney issues. Nate is busy getting the house prepared back home in Paradise Valley.
Sasha and Nate have dedicated their lives to helping children in need by running over $80,000 in FREE childrens wilderness and equine based programs yearly for the last 9 years for Montana kids, veterans and kids of military families. This amazing family, located just south of Livingston, found out they were having triplets in June 2018 at 10 weeks, which would turn their small family of 3 (with their 2 year old daughter Willow) into a family of 6 overnight.
Sasha and Nathan were shocked as they were not on any fertility medication nor does it run in their family. Sasha has been living in Billings alone since 28 weeks to be close to the NICU due to the high risk pregnancy.
Sasha and Nathan both run Sky horse Ranch south of Livingston and Sasha also works as a school counselor in Livingston. Sasha has had to take 6 months off from work and this could be longer depending on the babies health which has drastically affected their income.
Not only with the above, they are trying to manage their upcoming medical expenses that insurance will not cover, and the large cost of baby needs monthly, not including diapers. This amazing family has dedicating their time to help children and families in need, and it is time to give back to the people in our community that go above and beyond on a daily basis. Through all of this, Sasha and Nathan continue to try help others in any way they can. Sasha and Nate are publically talking about the possibility for vaginal natural birth of multiples of which they were told they could not do, not giving up, and even donating a small portion of her limited supply of breast milk to medical and science staff for seminars that show how breast feeding is more beneficial than formula. They also continue to plan for their upcoming 2019 youth courses, therapy programs and their horse training and pack clinics when things settle. Helping our kids and the community is a huge part of who they are.
I know that their family will greatly appreciate any help given. Thank you for helping me to help our neighbors who spread so much light to our community and beyond!
