Matt's medical assistance

Matt started with just some knee pain but it was later discovered he had a sarcoma and a broken femur. He has a long road ahead with numerous rounds of chemo before surgery can be done to remove the tumor in his leg and fix the break. These funds will help cover medical costs as well as living as Matt is unable to work currently.
