A couple weeks ago my dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 non small cell lung cancer. Since then he has been prescribed a litany of different chemical cocktails and drugs for treatment, along with frequent follow up appointments with medical specialists.
All of this is extremely expensive. With the state of healthcare in America very finnicky at this time; especially in cases like this of advanced stage lung cancer; he will be undergoing treatment for the forseeable future,. He's got a long road ahead of him. It could be years, and every cent donated will ease the burden on himself and my family during this difficult time.
He needs all the help he can get. The 5 year survival rate for this stage and type of lung cancer is 1%, but with your help and every dollar donated he will have a better and better chance of beating this horrible disease. All donations received will go to paying for his different medications, doctors' visits, hospital bills, chemo, and any other costs associated with his cancer.
