Bringing art to young audiences!

Tax deductible

We are thrilled to announce that Inlet's recently premiered evening-length dance concert adaptation of "What Do You Do With An Idea?" was selected to perform in Showcase at the International Performing Arts for Youth (IPAY)   conference in January, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA. Showcase highlights excellent professional performances from North America and around the world. It's an annual community gathering of individuals and organizations dedicated to producing, presenting, and promoting professional performing arts for young audiences. IPAY selects approximately 13 artists from over 200 applicants to perform their work at Showcase for presenters, booking agents, producers, theatre complexes, and fellow artists. This is a highly competitive process, and we are elated that Inlet's work was chosen among such renowned artists from around the world.

Equally as thrilling, Inlet is also pleased to announce that we officially have a booking agent for this production, Holden & Arts Associates . Holden & Arts Associates is a booking and management company which serves performing artists from across the world and performing arts presenters across all of North America. Their artistic partners are both national and international award-winning companies and are among the leaders in their genres. The North American presenting partners are among the leaders and risk takers in their communities; from large cities to small towns, they value high quality performances and professionalism in all the artistic work they present on their stages. Founded in 1983 by Michael and Theresa Holden, Holden & Arts is a passionate advocate for engaging communities and audiences of all ages.

Inlet could not be more honored and thankful for this opportunity and will represent Cleveland well! If you haven't seen the official promotional video for this production, you can check that out below!

Showcase is a tremendous opportunity for Inlet to advance its mission and bring this incredible piece of dance-theatre work to our global community. The company will need to self-fund its travel to Showcase, including gas money, hotel, meals, and fees. The total cost of bringing the company to Philadelphia to perform is $10,000

At Inlet's recent annual Big Bash fundraising event on Nov 9, 2018, we already jump started this campaign and raised $1,050 towards this $10,000 goal that night!  Therefore our online goal is now down to $8,950!

Inlet humbly asks those who are inclined to consider supporting our journey with gifts to Inlet. A gift of any amount is welcome. Below is a breakdown that will give you an idea of where your support might go, as we realize this dream.

$25 - Protein bars, fresh fruit, and healthy snacks for the company pre-performance
$50 - Rehearsal space for the company the day before the big show
$75 - Tank of gas
$100 - Meal for the company
$125 - Performance stipend for a dancer
$250 - House a dancer for two nights
$500 - Rental car to get to Philly

Thank you in advance!
