Build a Church, School Medical Bldg

Donation protected
Hi my name is Naomi Ruth Ricketts and I am a Medical Missionary and Bible Worker. I live in Clayton Delaware. I have traveled throughout the United States to Aruba and Jamaica and Africa. I love sharing the gospel with others and helping out in Countries where my help is needed to teach and educate them on how to make their lives more productive. I have a book ministry, I take Bibles, Bible Studies, Books, Clothing and food to those less fortunate countries. I am working with Melusi Ndhalambi of Melvee Productions, Pastor Choga Micah Union President of the SDA Church Conference of Zimbabwe who will assist me in my visit to Zimbabwe. I will also need funding for travel expenses and shots to get into Africa. We have one of the richest most powerful Nations in the world and with our help we can help the city of Mabhuleni get the spiritual, education and medical help they need to live productive lives.

The money will be spent on a Church, School, Medical Center, Bus and a few roads in the Community. My heart goes out to this community of people who live in almost dark ages conditions.  I will keep everyone posted with video once the project starts. Please help the people of Mabhuleni Zimbabwe.
Country: Zimbabwe
Province: Midlands,
District: Kwekwe
Subdistrict: Zhombe.
Village Ward: Mabhuleni (Fafi)

Description of the project:
Mabhuleni community aims to develop and a community centre of excellence that will be a multi-purpose
community building for worship and social-economic, educational and welfare support centre.

Background
The history of Adventism in the Mabhuleni community goes was back to the 20th Century. An only mud and dagga structure built in mid-20th Century. For decades the only community infrastructure that has ever existed in this community were a borehole (now broken and never repaired), a livestock dip tank also broken down and never used. The community mud and pole worship building is the only that exists, although now dilapidated. Without any school, clinic or community centre this community has lost most of its brightest minds to the city lights and global cities. This also has adversely affected the Adventist Church community as membership has declined and some of the family homesteads in this rural community no longer attend church regular. The community needs urgent revival and reformation on a number of fronts.

The community needs a clinic nearby as its residents travel over 15 kms to the nearest district hospital. Children travel long distances to on foot to the nearest primary school and 15km to the nearest secondary school, often through dangerous rivers without bridges. The community also needs to be taught economic livelihood programs to create a self-sustaining economy and not just subsistence agriculture. Being a semi-arid region rains are erratic and droughts are common. There is need to invest in sustainable water reserves. Infrastructure such as roads, clinics and community centres are lacking and needed greatly. Contribute to support the social, community and spiritual development of this poor community.

God has impressed my spirit to seek whatever assistance I can get to raise funds and any support available to build Schools, Medical Aid Unit, Church and a Water Resevoir for the community. This will re-build and restore the social and spiritual life and give hope for the future for this Mabhuleni community.

This community has not been sitting back and waiting for donations. They have accomplished great strides to set themselves up for future development. After many years, the agrarian community of Mabhuleni managed to successfully get electricity installed in their area, making for future development.
As you can be see in the picture (below) , electrical power lines are now bringing the much needed electricity.

The mud and pole building in the middle of this page is still standing on the very spot where it has always been for over 60 years – not even a brick or stone has been moved. Time, usage and weather have has taken a toll out on this structure.

The children and adults in Mabhuleni Zhombie Zimbabwe travel on foot 9.3 miles to Primary and Secondary Schools often crossing dangerous rivers without bridges. The people also have to travel 9.3 miles to the nearest Hospital. They have no Schools or Clinics in their area and the Church is very tiny and made of mud with mud seats. The children like adults are suffering. If I raise at least $150,000.00 it would save the lives of the people in Mahbuleni in Zhombie Zimbabwe. We as the people of the United States of America can build them a Medical Aid Unit, School and Church. They also need a school bus and a few paved roads, in which I will add that to my next Mission for Mabhuleni Africa in Zimbabwe.
