3D Printer that gives a hand
Donation protected
www.facebook.com/jbrawley127 The goal of this campaign is to provide people who can not afford the cost of todays prosthetics a hand they can use in everyday life. This differs from other campaigns because the goal is to provide them with a fully fuctional 3d printed robotic hand that has been tested against a $120,000 prosthetic and preformed just as well in strength as I am using the same motors internally and with the board I use and programed I was able to get more functions per hand. Being that its 3D printed makes it easier to build custom models specific to each user and dramatically cutting down cost to between $800 to $5,000 depending what is need by the user, without sacrficing its performance. There is no other campaign that offers a 3D printed robotic prosthetic performing on this level and we need your help to fund it in order change the lives of amputees. The average cost of todays prosthetic for just a partial hand is $19,000 and goes over $120,00 for complete hands. Lets be honest an average person, especially children can not afford these cost. So help us make a difference and change a persons life today. Pictures, videos, and more detailed updates of the building progress and donating will be uploaded to my facebook page on the link above. All credits will be giving to every person who donates. Also If you are local to you can visit and meet me in person to see my work. Feel free to message or call me with any questions or information needed.
