Help for sick animals of Thailand

Donation protected
COUNTDOWN: 4 weeks today I will be travelling to Thailand for a few weeks, heading straight to the island, Ko Phangan.

I am on a mission and need you help!
I am calling in all my favours you lovely people owe me :)

STORY
My rock and side kick, Olivia Gidman, has been on the island since September undergoing an intense advanced therapeutic yoga program, whilst also finding and visiting PACS, the islands only animal 'hospital'.
Wherever Olivia travels, she either ends up rescuing, helping to rehome or care for strays and/or being part of loving dedicated animal rescue teams to offer support. It only seemed natural for her to investigate if there was local animal care, rehabilitation centre or animal hospital there, of which she found an amazing one, PACS.

Since we are both extremely passionate about animals and all things fluffy, we are joining forces to raise funds for the incredible centre. I will be meeting the team, centre and animals and donating the funds when i arrive on the island. We will be documenting and sharing pictures of the experience for you too see how you have helped lives from across the globe.

About PACS-16yrs old
-PACS is a non profit organisation on the island of Koh PhaNgan in Thailand, running solely on donations.
- provides nursing & hospital care for stray, temple and wild animals that need medical assistance.
- first mission: the provision of nursing care for stray animals – 17,835 cases treated since 2001
- second mission: neutering for population control – 5,188 animals neutered since 2001
-  third mission: Rabies control – 7,826 Rabies vaccines given since 2001

"Its all too easy to get lost into our own temporary pleasures on a beautiful tropical island, maybe forgetting about the numerous suffering stray animals. Many are left either sick with various illness and diseases, been in accidents, poisoned, mis-treated, tourists and expects abandoning them after leaving the island and other cases."

A note form PACS
"In between us looking after the skin conditions, diseases and broken bones of stray animals, we also spay (sterilise) and neuter as many as we can although it’s still not enough, and we see new stray litters every week. All born without the love, care and affection they deserve, or more importantly the home, shelter and food they need.

To help fix the problem, we want to hire a full time Thai Veterinarian, and have enough medical supplies so we can spay up to 60 animals a month. This will dramatically help reduce the number of unwanted litters we see born every week. We can handle hearing the whimpers, catching stray animals, getting bitten, losing sleep and looking into unloved eyes while trying to make every PhaNgan animal’s life a little better but we need you to provide the funds to help us do it!

Our work so far has seen a slow and steady decrease in the number of street, beach and temple dogs. We want to carry on this work, so that there will be a manageable number of animals on the island – enough so that eventually, each of them can have a loving home."

What’s next
We appreciate reading this far into our mission…. all you need to do now is ‘donate’ and show support.
We are deeply grateful, from the depths of our hearts and animals hearts!, for you helping us create happier healthier lives for the dogs and cats on this island.

Our goal and how you benefit
We have made a budget of £300 to raise Within 4 weeks (if more even better!)

Something amazing is going to come your way for offering your kind support and donation
Your heart will expand knowing you have a made a difference from across the globe to help ease the suffering of the innocent stray animals here
Also, here are some break down costs:

-1,000bht gives us the supplies required to neuter one stray cat
- 2,000bht enables us to sterilise one street or beach dog
