Forced to move to Bel Air

I was born and raised in West Philadelphia. I would spend my time on the playground playing basketball and other things common of youths.
One day some guys that were up to no good, they started making trouble in my neighborhood. I tried to defend my neighborhood and ended up getting into a little fight.
Well my mother was scared by this and now insists that I move out to Bel Air to live with my Uncle Phil and Aunt Vivian. I am raising money for the flight (hey if I get enough maybe I could fly first class and drink orange juice out of a champagne glass), and then I'll need money for a cab once I get there.
Once I make it to Bel Air I'll also need money to establish myself in the community, perhaps as some sort of local ruler.
Please aid me in this important journey.
