Chip in for Chip

Chip Maner, friend to many and brother to me, is one tough old cowboy. Whether you know him as the charismatic host of French Broad Fall Fest, a founding member of the Miracle Can Society, or Pirkle and McGill’s least bearded buddy, you certainly know he’s the first to help a Pod’nah out. Well this time around he’s the Pod’nah who could use some help. You see, Chip and I did not win the genetic lottery as cardiovascular systems go, and this past weekend he suffered a heart attack. They’ve fixed him up with a couple of stents and he’s on the mend, but he’s not going to be able to go back to work for several weeks. So I’m asking any of you who love (or even moderately like) my handsome brother, to “Chip in for Chip.” Let’s help him get his bills paid and his dogs fed so he can rest easy and heal up.
