Sherlock needs surgery

Hello, my name is Erika and I am raising money to help our family pet, Sherlock Bones. Sherlock has been part of our family for 5 years now. Last Wednesday, his leash got tangled in some brush. I unhooked it and got it untangled. When I rehooked his leash, there must have been snow in the clip that prevented it from fully closing. He ran off, and unfortunately was hit by a car. His one hip needs surgery to repair it, and he needs one of his hind legs amputated. He is still in the animal hospital and hopefully will be having both surgeries later this week. Our three kids and three other fur babies miss him greatly. If you can spare anything to help us pay for his medical expenses, we would greatly appreciate it.
