Your help, in any form, would ease my burden significantly

Hi, my name is Ashley. I am a 43-year-old on a very limited fixed disability income stemming from PTSD. I live alone and solely support myself. I do not have a vehicle, so sometimes I have to pay extra for transportation. My support system is slim at best.

As I face health and financial hurdles, your support could make all the difference. I'm grappling to understand my medical situation, and your assistance would be invaluable. I am having medical complications that have required multiple ER visits ($100), doctor's visits ($155) and medication ($65 so far) already, and I have quite a few in the near future. I am already using my rent money to pay for past procedures and need help paying for future ones. I have also been placed on a special diet through all of this that costs more than my usual groceries would, and the cost of specialized food is beyond ridiculous.

I have an ultrasound ($100), EGD ($100), and colonoscopy ($100) coming up. The first one being on Monday 9/16. I do have insurance, but it does not pay 100%; all copays have to be paid upfront. There will very likely be surgery ($500) in my near future to correct my medical issues, and possibly more than one. I do not have enough income to qualify for any credit to cover any of this.

Asking for help is not something I’m accustomed to; however, right now I am out of options. Any help is greatly appreciated, even if all you can afford is to remember me in your prayers.
