JAMES has 4 limb cerebral palsy. He is unable to sit unaided, crawl or walk. He depends on adults for all his needs.

I am raising funds to go towards JAMES' new wheelchair as he is getting too big for his special buggy. Also for a Walker, as this gives JAMES a little bit of independence and normality. It enables him to do things like kick a ball.
