Support for the Price Family
Donation protected
On December 16 shortly after 2am during the first heavy snowfall of the 2022/2023 winter season here in Ottawa, Emily Price was awoken by Police officers at her doorstep. Her husband, Adam Price, who works as a snow plow operator, had been in a serious accident rendering him unconscious at the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Emily was brought to the hospital by the officers where Adam had been transferred via ambulance. After several CT scans and Xrays it was evident he had experienced severe head trauma and bleeding in the brain. It is unclear what the future will hold for the Price Family and what level of injury has been sustained as he is still unconscious and is expected to be so for a couple more weeks.
Adam, Emily and their 2 boys, Ethan 13 and Thomas almost 7, are a very active family, spending most of their spare time at the ice rink playing and coaching ringette or at the BMX track. They have many rescued animals that they also care for. They have opened their home to create a safe and loving space for their growing family. Adam and Emily have huge hearts and love to help their community in all ways possible. Now we are asking for the kindness that they have imparted to be returned to them.
The funds raised will support the Price Family with all of the expected and unexpected expenses that come along with this ambiguous time in their lives.
Please keep the Price family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this difficult time.
