We have been on this journey for a couple of years and we are so close yet still so far away.We were married in 2013 and began trying to start a family; we have not stopped trying since. Through many up's and downs, numerous tests and procedures all the tears and prayers, here we are.
IVF is the next step for us and we are feeling really positive that this is the answer to all our prayers. We are registered with the Regional Fertility Program to begin the process and we are very excited and optimistic however, the only thing holding us back is the cost.
Our Story...
We had tried for several months to become pregnant and when it was not happening we went to our family doctor in Edmonton; after some initial testing he refered us to clinics and specialists in Edmonton which we recieved no response from, We began to do some research and discovered the Regional Fertility Program in Calgary. I immediately called them and they quickly got a referal from our family Doctor and we began the process with them in January 2014. Since then we have been travelling to Calgary and have gone through an array of consults, tests, and procedures including surgery for Paul, and 2 IUI cycles for me. All of the travel, tests and procedures up to this point have been very expensive and we have used up a lot of our savings. We are hoping that with the Love and generosity of others we will be able to continue with the process without being in debt when our little bundle of joy finally arrives into this world. We sincerely appreciate any help and Thank you in advance for helping us make our dreams come true.
