Please help

My wife was just diagnosed with stage 2 thyroid cancer. She is in the Philippines with our daughter, She's five her name is. We have a total of 7 children, two of which are adopted. Please help, my wife needs surgery right away! It costs $4,000. Even though the insurance is paying some it's not nearly close enough to the total that is needed. If you can, please help with whatever you can.
