Nicole & Travis Uptown CLT fire fundraiser

Hi Friends,

As some of you may have seen or read online, my good friend Nicole and her financé, Travis's, home was condemned after a large fire started in the condo above their own around 1:30pm on May 2nd. Their uptown Charlotte condo, located at 425 W. 8th st, was destroyed. Luckily, they were unharmed, but are now facing the aftermath and unknown next 12+ months of their lives. Before two days ago, they were planning and saving for their wedding and now they are without a home and waiting for answers on their next steps. Sure, we all buy insurance, but sometimes it's not all it's cracked up to be and doesn't cover everything needed, in particular, the now doubled costs of paying for a mortgage for a condemned plot of land and a place to live while their home is rebuilt.

We are hoping if you have anything to spare you can help pitch in to raise additional funds to cover what the insurance will not for the next 12+ months of uncertainty and additional costs of rebuilding their lives.
