Lisa’s Recovery Fund

Hello Friends and family. My name is Dena Wipson. Bridgette Votruba and I are starting this fundraiser on behalf of our very good friend Lisa Zeimet. Lisa had been suffering from extreme back and neck pain for the past 10 days. She went to the emergency room 5 times last week to get a diagnosis and relief. The emergency room doctors could not find anything wrong with her so they sent her home. On Friday, June 30th an ambulance was called to Lisa’s house because she could no longer walk. July 1st she had emergency surgery after they found out she had a severe spinal infection. The doctors told the family that Lisa has a long recovery and she might not regain full use of her arms or legs. Lisa is now recovering at Mercy Hospital and she will be there a few weeks then she will be moved to a rehabilitation facility. As of today Lisa can move her arms and make a loose fist with her hands and she has some movement in her left foot and can feel her right foot. Only time will tell how much of her mobility she will regain. Since Lisa is self-employed and owns her own business(Scissor Wizard Pet Grooming)for 35+ years and pays all of her expenses from her business, I am asking that you donate so the family can continue to make her monthly payments until she is back on her feet. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
