Funding Environmental Justice for Erika Niedowski

*This fundraiser is being coordinated by Erika’s Employer Coalition for Community Solar Access*
On October 2, 2020 we unexpectedly lost a member of our solar family.
Erika Niedowski was our friend and colleague and we are all devastated by her passing. We will miss her passion, wisdom, intelligence, and friendship.
Those of us who knew Erika know that she was a determined advocate for environmental justice. She fought tirelessly to ensure every person and vulnerable community had a voice, especially on environmental issues.
To honor Erika’s legacy, her family and partner Patrick have asked that we support the Racial and Environmental Justice Committee . One hundred percent (100%) of the funds raised will go to support the Racial and Environmental Justice Committee’s mission to promote safe and healthy environments for all by building power, leadership and action in the communities most affected by environmental burdens.
The outpouring of support and requests to help across the solar and environmental community as been overwhelming. Thank you for helping to honor our teammate and friend.
