Tony O’Connor is a personal trainer here at the Islands Family YMCA and has helped many of people lead healthier lifestyles.
On Friday December 4th, Tony O’Connor had a stroke and is in recovery at the Memorial Health rehabilitation center.
Tony is blessed to have wonderful wife Mary Ann and daughter Shae as well as his YMCA family who will continue to support him throughout his recovery.
Tony is a National Champion Body Builder who has dedicated his life to fitness.
