Young wife & mother Stg 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer

Hello, I just wanted to give an update. I have just done my second injection and my first infusion. It’s too early to see results, but I am feeling ok after the first few days. Chemo and radiation aren’t really an option for me. To quote my doctor, “the horse is out of the stable.” 

The cancer has metastasized to my spine, liver, pelvis, lyphm nodes and a rib. So although a cure is my hope, the reality is time. Time is what I need and am praying for. I haven’t asked how long I have. I a just doing my damnedest t make the best of what I do have. Luckily I have my beautiful babies and my family and friends to keep me motivated. Thank you all for what you are doing and continue to do to support my family. 

February 29, 2024, my 36 year old sister, Jennifer, was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.

She and her husband of ten years have two very young children, who are their world.

Your prayers are desperately needed as she enters clinical trial treatments that will likely include out of town travel.

In addition to their devastating news, Jennifer will be laid off from her employer on May 31st, due to transfer of ownership.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
