A Vermont farm family was recently torn apart by an ICE detention.

Fourteen years of work in the Vermont dairy industry, destroyed in a minute when a devoted father, partner and community member, the main breadwinner for his family, was detained by ICE with no warning, instantly changing his life, and that of his family, forever.

His two school-aged boys and wife are now stranded, and Mom is struggling to support her boys emotionally and financially. They need money to replace lost income for the basics of food and transportation, and now, they are raising money for legal fees as well. Their housing situation is precarious and currently they are doubled up with family, trying to make ends meet.
