Irma Garcia: A wife and mother to 4 children; Sweet, kind, loving; Fun with the greatest personality; A wonderful 4th grade teacher at Robb Elementary that was a victim in a Texas school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. She sacrificed herself protecting the kids in her classroom. She was a hero. She was loved by many and will truly be missed. 

This GoFundMe is for her husband, Joe Garcia, who passed away 48 hours later due to a heart attack. Such a tragic story of two high school sweethearts. who were both loved by many.  This page was immediately organized for Irma after Tuesday's. It has been a tragedy but has been updated since the passing her husband, my uncle.  I, John Martinez, am the nephew to Irma and Joe. Your donations will be used for any expenses needed for the future education of their children and for ongoing family needs. We as a family are so grateful thank you for coming together and raising money for their children
