On 11/27/19, David Montoya was on his way to work when he was involved in a major car accident, which had caused his Ford Explorer to roll multiple times. As a result, David is now suffering with multiple injuries including a broken neck (C7 Vertebrae), broken collar bone, and a skull fracture with a major concussion. 

We are beyond gracious that David is still here with us today and is expected to make a full recovery eventually. However, with future medical bills, transportation and other foreseeable financial obstacles, we are asking our communities to help David out.

We are raising money to help:

-Cover hospital and medical deductibles (Doctor, PT & OT)

-Transportation costs to future appointments

-Transportation costs to work (20+ miles away)

-Living expenses while waiting to be cleared for work
