Family support fund

As you all know, Darnetta's husband Ronnie was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer.  He will undergo surgery on January 9th to have his voicebox removed.  If everything goes as scheduled, he will be in the hospital for a minimum of 5 days. Darnetta will need to take off from work to be with him during his recovery.  Although her job will be protected with the FMLA laws, she will not be paid for her time off.   Darnetta's job is the families primary source of income.   She has not asked for help, or for me to create this fund.  Even though she has no ideal how they will meet their obligations.  She has often stated to me that a blessing will come.  

I am hoping that we can be that blessing.  The donation target of $2000 is just a start.  She will need continual support as she cares for Ronnie and he recovers from his illness.  

Any donation amount is appreciated.  We have come together as a family before to help others.  I am hoping that we can support our own.  I know we are all praying for a fast and complete recovery for Ronnie.  This financial support will make the sleepless nights, that we know will come a little more bearable.
