Steve has been an amazing friend to many. An amazing husband to me for 27yrs. 

Two years ago he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. His psa level was high. He did 45 radiation treatments and was cured according to his oncologist. He continued to go for his follow ups & psa draws. Everything has been fine until last June. He started falling & was experiencing pain so bad that he’d hold his legs to his check & rock in the bed. I brought him back to the oncologist & radiologist where I was told he could not be seen until sept! I was beyond upset that none of his docs seemed to care. I was told to take him to the er which I did. 

The er doc did a scan and saw lesions. Finally someone was helping us. He finally got pain meds & after a week in the hospital they scheduled surgery on sept 29th. 

the neurologist discovered a huge mass on his back and pressing on his spine. This is why he was falling. The nerves and vessels were being cut off by the cancerous tumor. The neurologist removed as much as he could &put rods & hardware in his back. He was then diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer metastasized from the prostate. 

His  meds, treatment  is very expensive. Our insurance is not coming close to covering it all, so I have set up this go fund me page hoping to help us get through this horrible battle.
